Clearly I have a book addiction (though I think you all knew that by now). I didn’t read as many books as I’d hoped this year. I was shooting for 110. As you can see, I have almost half of my collection to read, not counting the untold books I’ve yet to buy. ;D But still, I did pretty damn good!

Have a happy new year everyone!!!

task butler – app launch

https://lh5.ggpht.com/gKLqm19iAK8sFVlv4BegGs75SIg8Wb0xghuj9UaELPZ2QISQpQDhDzvVo4kPcL5pQYQ=w124Recently I designed an icon for an app that my friend was working on – Task Butler. Well Task Butler has launched and is available through Google Play for Andriod devices!

Task Butler is a personal assistant app that helps keep your life organized. Use Task Butler to keep track of all of your shopping, errands, bills, to-do lists, and more. You can group your tasks into categories to create sub-lists of similar tasks. You can assign due dates to tasks, and Task Butler will remind you when it’s time to complete them. For an especially time-sensitive task, use the procrastination alarm and Task Butler will make sure you finish it!

If you have an Andriod, be sure to download it and leave a review and rating!

Over the next few weeks I hope to make a nice webpage for it too. :]

November Books

I decided to try something new this month (and get off my graphic design ass). I turned my book stats into an infographic. ^_^ I love infographics and I’m pretty satisfied with my first attempt. (Click for a larger view)

just some photos (hey, it’s also friday)

I haven’t given up blogging, I swear. Mostly I’ve been focusing on my JET application (see essay editing process above). I’m also working on a website (logo, business card and resume) redesign, as well as a more interesting way to post my monthly books (like reviews and maybe some graphics to get me doing more design work). So…as usual, I have a million things I want to do….but will I do any of them?

Stay tuned until…next post!

I’ve got to get back into the swing of things and start blogging more, as well as start working on more personal design projects. I also need to get back my motivation for Mondays. Until then, here’s a random picture taken at the Animal Kingdom when I was 18.
